Sarah as a keynote speaker at Follett’s 2017 ReadingCon in Chicago

Sarah kicked off her speaking career as a Keynote Speaker alongside Kwame Alexander and Gene Luen Yang at Follett’s 2017 ReadingCon in Naperville, IL.

Sarah Frank already is gaining notoriety as she served as the closing keynote speaker at “ReadingCon: Collaborating for Literacy,” a conference on Thursday, June 22, 2017  at Northern Illinois University in Naperville, Ill. Designed for K-12 educators, the event featured an impressive array of award-winning authors:

Sarah’s presentation was titled “Let’s Add ‘Creative’ Back to Writing.” After her presentation she autographed One Chance posters and  posed for selfies with teachers and media specialists who were inspired by her talk.
